Welcome
to the UK Productivity and Competitiveness Indicators website.
Within this site you will find the full set of UK Productivity and
Competitiveness Indicators, together with the underlying data that can be
downloaded. The Productivity and Competitiveness Indicators benchmark the UK’s
progress in driving up productivity and competitiveness by comparing the UK’s
performance against its main competitors.
You can access
the indicators by selecting the topic or chapter from the list shown on the left.
Charts may be viewed by clicking on the thumbnail shown for each, or by
clicking on the text link.
This will also include the Excel spreadsheet containing the data behind
each chart for downloading.
In
order to maintain continuity with previous editions of the Indicators, they are
also presented in terms of the original structure, which considered the business
environment, resources, the innovation process and results.
