The National Statistician has published the National Statistics Code of Practice and its supporting Protocols. These can be accessed via the following link to National Statistics Online: http://www.statistics.gov.uk/codeofpractice/

The Department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform has put in place the arrangements necessary to implement the National Statistics Code of Practice. As part of this, it published a compliance statement describing how it will meet the requirements of the NS Release Practices Protocol. This statement has been available for some time: either in PDF format or in HTML.

This statement is supplemented by a more general Statement of Compliance with the National Statistics Code of Practice and Protocols, which is also now available in either PDF format or in HTML.  

This general statement refers to the previously available statement on release practices and to a suite of additional statements arising from other NS Protocols. These too are accessible separately either in PDF format or in HTML.
